JB solves problems and provides strategic direction for the firm. He represents lawyers and helps engineer career turn-arounds. He also teaches courses at University of Richmond School of Law, where he has served as a professor and active mentor for more than 30 years. In 2024, Routledge published his book entitled Raising the Bar: The Mentor Guidebook for New Lawyers.
